These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hexadu mobile game ("Hexadu," "the app"), operated by Elowin Labs LLC ("Elowin Labs," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Hexadu on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

What you agree not to do

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where this is permitted by law
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any part of it
• Use the app to break any applicable law, or in a way that interferes with or disrupts the app or its servers

Intellectual property

Hexadu, including its design, graphics, code, and name, is owned by Elowin Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you.

The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to make Hexadu enjoyable and reliable, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

App store terms

Your use of Hexadu is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple's App Store or Google Play). Where those terms conflict with these Terms in relation to your use through that store, the app store's terms will apply to that extent.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
