Privacy Policy

The short version: Hexadu has no accounts and no logins. We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal information to play. We use a privacy-first analytics tool that collects only anonymous usage data — data that cannot be traced back to you.
Hexadu is operated by Elowin Labs LLC ("Elowin Labs," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Hexadu mobile game ("Hexadu," "the app") handles information when you use it on iOS or Android. It applies to the app on both platforms; any platform-specific differences are noted below.
Information we do not collect
Hexadu does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personally identifying information. We do not ask you to provide personal data, and the game does not have a feature that would transmit such data to us.
Anonymous analytics
To understand how the game is used and to improve it, Hexadu uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. TelemetryDeck is designed so that no personal data is collected: identifiers are anonymized on your device before any data is sent, using a one-way hashing process that cannot be reversed to identify you.
The anonymous information we receive through TelemetryDeck may include:
- Anonymous, non-reversible app-usage signals (for example, that the app was launched or that a game was completed)
- General device and system information such as device model, operating system version, and app version
- Approximate region at the country level only — never precise location
This data is aggregated and cannot be linked to you as an individual. TelemetryDeck stores this usage data on servers located in the European Union. You can read more about how TelemetryDeck protects privacy in its privacy documentation.
Diagnostics and crash data
The app may collect anonymous diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data, to help us find and fix problems. This information is not linked to your identity. On iOS, Apple may also provide us with anonymized crash and usage reports if you have opted to share analytics with developers in your device settings; this is controlled by Apple and your own device settings, not by us.
Children's privacy
Hexadu does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we don't collect personal data or require accounts, the game does not gather information that would identify a child. If you believe we have somehow received personal information from a child, please contact us and we will address it.
Platform-specific disclosures
Apple App Store: Consistent with this policy, our App Store privacy label reflects that data is not used to track you and is not linked to your identity.
Google Play: Our Google Play Data safety section reflects the same — only anonymous analytics and diagnostics, with no collection of personal information.
Advertising and purchases
Hexadu does not currently show ads or offer in-app purchases, and does not share data with advertising networks. If we add advertising or in-app purchases in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy — and the app store disclosures — before those features become available, and explain what changes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you within the app or on this page.
